By now, most women are aware that if you don't regularly engage in some sort of resistance training, you can pretty much give up on ever significantly reshaping your body. Unfortunately, for many women, the weight room can be confusing at best, and oftentimes, downright intimidating.

If you've always wanted to feel more confident in the gym, or just breathe some new life into a stale or ineffective fitness routine, here's your chance.

In this three-hour interactive workshop, Toronto strength coach Marshall Tully will give you all the training info you need to get started on a serious body transformation plan. One that not only gets you looking better than ever, but also improves your functional strength and posture, your overall athleticism, and reduces your risk of developing osteoporosis.

This is a hands-on workshop and women of all ages and levels of ability are welcome.
